Double Star, Thanks for sharing your workaround to the original posters issue with unwanted folders showing up between the two applications. This is best workaround we can offer at the moment for not showing unwanted lists in either Todo or Notebook when syncing both to Toodledo. We also agree that if the original poster could give us a little bit more information about the sync issue they are seeing, we might be able to help out as well since in order testing we have not run into a situation where Notebook fails to sync with Toodledo if Todo is also using the same account on Toodledo.
