For me anyway, I use context as 'where' and tabs as 'who'

I use lists as projects;
Context to flag where (ie errands, shopping, work, home, computer)
Tags for who, and some actions (wife, secretary, boss; delegated,
pending, BTM [back to me....secretary has the task but needs some info
from me to proceed)

I have also tried EVERY other todo system on the ipad, and find that
todo is the only one that doesn't have a major 'stop everything' flaw.

Hope this helps....
