I use stars to put tasks into the focus list that don't have a due date, but I really ought to deal with sometime soon. To do this, go to the Focus List settings and: * set No Due Date off * set Starred on * set Subtasks on
This makes sure that you can star a single item in a checklist and only that item will show up in the focus list. Cheers.
