Yeap, I ran into that sort of stuff a lot.  My favourites were the
people who treated me as some sort of computer demigod because I
could some really simple problem (like deleting a file), then
questioned my authority when I told them that those hard cased,
3.5" diskettes were still called floppy diskettes.
