Mine is upgraded IIc with 640K sticker next to open apple key.

So you have a "memory expansion" IIc... The 640 Kb sticker surely means that
it has 128 Kb in the motherboard and 512 Kb in the memory expansion board,
isn't it?

Yes, it is ROM 3 revision.

The unidisk works no problem with prodos after older version of prodos
for IIc was used.

Can you tell us what ProDOS versions worked and didn't work with the 3.5"
UniDisk? It would be usefull to know it.

I had problem with PRODOS 1.0.1 but not with PRODOS 1.1.1. But disk formatted with PRODOS 1.1.1 works fine with 1.0.1

Question that I have now, what program can I use to copy 5.25 disks
onto 3.5 disks ?

You can not duplicate a 5.25" disk in a 3.5" one, because they have different
capacity and "geometry" (that is - the number of sectors per track, track per
side and sides are different).

One solution is to copy *the files* from a 5.25" disk into a 3.5" one (you
will be able to store the contents of five or six 5.25" disks in a single
3.5" disk!). ProDOS System Utilities is your friend here - you can use it to
copy files from any volume into any other one as far as they are accesible by
ProDOS, so it won't have any problem with 3.5" drives.

Other solution is to create disk image files from the 5.25" disks and store
them in the 3.5" disk. I have heard that there's some kind of "DOS emulator"
that allows you to run DOS- and RWTS-based software from raw disk image files
stored in a ProDOS volume (such as a hard drive or a 3.5" disk), so there
must be any software capable of creating these images. But here I can't help
you. If you only want to backup the 5.25" disks into 3.5" ones, ShrinkIt will
do the trick - it will create a compressed disk image file from any 5.25"
disk. You can store five uncompressed disk images or between ten and fifteen
compressed disk images in a 3.5" disk.

The problem is that most of those files are old basic programs so prodos doesn't recognize them.
I have get shrinkit and go from there.

Thanks,
George
