Hi Howard, Well, I have Sheppy's Syndicomm "Apple IIGS Telecomm Starter Kit" on floppy, which brings up a IIe type screen with a list of contents that includes a "Modem\Phone" set of choices "F, G, H...T, W, X." the "F" choice reads "Full/half duplex," for example. But I must be bringing it up in the wrong context or pgm environment as the cursor doesn't respond to any of my keying efforts. I also have the spectrum CD, but havn't gotten any of the old CD ROM drives scrounged up in KC hooked up to try our or test. Do I sound like a novice yet? (chuckle) Keith
