If you search Goggle, you get either 10,000 or 50,000 Woz units
that were produced.

Either way they are not rare.  

I think 100,000 total of all Apple IIgs models were made.

Pricing on eBay for Woz units seems to vary greatly depending on
the 
salesmanship of the seller and the completeness of the package.

Often they are described as  "Rare"   or  "Autographed". 

I believe 10,000 or so were sold,  and it is not like  Woz
personally 
signed them,  nevertheless the hyped ones sell in the $75  and up
range. 

I think the demand for vintage computer items is low except for
rare 
items,  or very complete setups with original boxes,  manuals,
software 
etc.
