Hans-Juergen Bardenhagen (until recently a list-member) has recently
tried MSIE 3.03 and found the mail client non-Y2K compliant.
I expressed my profound frustration with the M$ site over at Arachne Chat.
It took me a great deal of time NOT to find the information I sought.
I did manage to find out that the German version of IE 3.x has a Y2K
inadequacy to do with receiving cookies, but there was no mention of
the mail client.
I tried MSIE's mail for a couple of messages but quickly reverted to FoxMail,
and no doubt others have their own preferences for Windows use.
