It certainly seems quicker than 1.6b1.
One major disappointment though, Michael... the bug where the page
position is lost if you click on a link and then later return to that
page. Instead of returning to the position that you were last at you
are always returned to the top of the page. This was first broken in
1.6b1 and is a *major pain*. ;)
PLEASE fix it in "1.6 stable".
Also... the "Disable Icons" button on the "HTML" page (from the desktop)
doesn't work. :(
Oh, and the video detect program *still* doesn't work properly. It
wouldn't accept my VESA-compatible card above 640x480. I finally
copied Arachne.pck from my 1.6b1 installation and it's now fine (up
to 1280x1024).
