However, that fails to explain while the Options page, and Preference
sub-page, when the selections are made for no icons and no fast JPEGS,
the change is *not* made as stated is necessary in Arachne.cfg.
The Options set-up *should* do WHATEVER is necessary. We shouldn't have
to come in and keep editing cfg files by hand.
Lord have mercy on a newbie trying to make sense of all this!
