You can get undelete - it's somewhere on the installation CD (in the
"oldsmdos" directory). The help is however from the older version which is
bad since they've changed some things.

If you have nothing in config.sys (or if it's autoexec.bat, I can't
remember which) you will see "C:\>" before Windows launches (atleast with
Win95 OSR2).
