Thanks Gregor,
But the problem isn't so much tel-net commands
and/or ftp commands I don't think. I want to know how to
prep Arachne to receive a zmodem download from DFN(detroit freenet)
if that is possible. Or do I have to set Arachne up for ftp
and then use an ftp download from DFN? I am not talking about
e-mail but files I have on DFN's drive in a directory assigned
to me. Or, do I have to put them in my web page directory and
download them from my web page?

 Eric
