The only time I've seen the mouse cursor disappear is when it *should*
disappear.  HUH????

When Arachne is busy doing things like creating virtual screens, or
putting together frames, tables, etc.  it doesn't need any addition
input and won't accept any.  Therefore the mouse cursor goes invisible
[or sometimes freezes] until Arachne can accept input again.

And it's not a matter of Arachne being less able to handle Javascript
with each new version.  It's a matter of more absolutely ROTTENly bad
javasnit being used in more and more websites.
