Not my experience.
I understand the freezes, etc. but I'm talking about the visible finger
just disappearing after a long page rewrite or similar. The mouse driver
is still working but Arachne is not displaying it. A PgDn/PgUp always
cures it.

I'm sure that's exactly right, more's the pity.
However... that only makes it even more urgent that Arachne can display
ALL pages using js (albeit ignoring the js elements).
