No, but it is fair to say this:
Incorrect JS shouldn't be used (I would estimate it to be well over 50%
that's incorrect), and JS (or Java or anything else) shouldn't be used when
HTML can do the same job.

Of course the first one wouldn't help Arachne much, but the "mainstream
windoze browsers" would also be able to access more sites.
