Hello Reuben:
Suggest you check out http://www.valise.com. Frames off, images off. You
can use this web-based email service also with Bobcat/Lynx if you resort to
a work-around I've discovered.
This web-based email site works fine with Arachne and Bobcat/Lynx, but not
with Net-Tamer. It is the only web-based email site I know of that works
with Bobcat/Lynx. If anyone knows of another one that will work with
Bobcat/Lynx or with Net-Tamer, please let me know.
