On one computer, yes.

I use netdial through a batch file without a PPPDRC.CFG file anymore
using the WATTCP include file capability (same idea different name)
but specifying an address inplace of a COMn should work if I recall.
If I can get some time next week I'll see if I can rework it
for that way.
