It isn't really the latest (it's version 1.27) - 1.4.0 is the latest stable
version for Linux (http://www.svgalib.org/) but I think the VESA part
should be good enough for Arachne. In any event Michael shouldn't need to
do much (actually nothing should be required, only to download DJGPP and
SVGAlib, but you never know) to try it out. (If you don't have time Michael
I can help you out - just give me the source <g>).
Of course such a version would be just as unstable (or even more since it's
an earlier SVGAlib version) as the Linux version.
