That's correct (if the file is run from HD or from a secure site (as listed
in security.cfg).

Nope, that could be bad for security.
Imagine an APM that ads a DGI that will format your harddrive, if the file
apm.id could choose something to be done it could run this dgi.
If it was some sort of script we would have the same sort of problems that
Microsoft has with it's products.
Why do you need this feature anyway?
