There is a simple solution...
Comment-out both of these lines in mime.cfg
;application/x-arachne-package APM>HTM|$eapm.exe -u $u $1>$2
;file/.apm >HTM|$eapm.exe -u $u $1>$2
Now any APM you download or browse to locally will simply pop-up the
save-as page.
You can then unarg them at your liesure. :-)
APMs are after-all just ARJ files.
