Hi Clarence,
             I completely agree with you. I (or anyone)
should have the option to decide whether to install
anything! One should also be completely informed of the
possible consequences (exactly what functions the installer
will try to perform) so one can make an informed
decision. Just like the surgeon is required to get
informed consent before he starts cutting on someone.
