1) The investors are not so much venture-capitalists, they have lot of
know how and lot of good programmers. This is the only reason why I have
even started about thinking that cooperating with them can be good idea.
But I am still not sure what to do. Maybe I will release Arachne under GPL
and then tale next bus to India ;-) (I am serious - I have already bought
a book. It is pretty simple - 1st direct bus from prrague to Istanbul, 2nd
from Istanbul to Teheran, and then some local transport trough Lot desert
and across Pakistan... and then by train and bus to Ladakh ;-) I can get
there for 100 USD, and I don't even need any investors ;-) This would be
the most dangerous vacations in my life, and probably also quite long, so
you would have to persuade log of good open-source fans to continue work
on Arachne...

2) Open source: I am sort of evaluationg advantages of open-source
development with Bernie. He is studying Arachne open source code now. Ask
him, if it easy for him to fix bugs, etc. Currently, he specialized on
small speed optimizations - unfortunately not in the mission-critical
parts of code :(

3) Lawyers: yes, I am lucky, that one lawyer lives in the same house as
Arachne Labs office is located. He is willing to help us in exchange for
being connected to Internet using our wireless uplink, 1.5 Mbit at night
and during weekends and holidays... ;-)

4) Scrolling. Scrolling is clumsy only if you don't enable virtual
screens. Virtual screens are currently supported only in DOS version...
