I have Arachne in 800 * 600 SVGA mode, 256 or 65536 colors, I forget which, but
remember this mode worked with 65536 colors but not 256.
IBM Web Explorer for OS/2 Warp, for all its other shortcomings, scrolled
smoothly. Netscape Communicator 4.04 for OS/2 Warp was slow and clumsy, which
made the scrolling look not smooth. I never had IE on my computer.
You mean Arachne's clumsy scrolling is due to Arachne's general slowness?
