� is typed <ALT 164> (on the numeric keyboard) and � is typed <ALT 165>.  In 
WordPerfect, it is, <CTRL V> followed by n, then ~.

Here in the U.S. southwest, Spanish is a very common language and many 
streets are given Spanish names, some of which do not translate in a logical 
manner.
