I already have an '�'-key, but hitting '�' and then 'a' would create one as
well. Although I don't think there's an easy way to create a '�' it seems
like the Nordic keyboards are easier to use for more language (no pun
intended towards the others of course - the Nordic countries are so small
so that's only logical).
