Well, I have 5 PC's in my home... 4 have the well known US-keyboards
which do NOT allow composing like this.
One has a special keyboard with 5? extra keys. The extra keys make the
accent and the next letter-key combines the two keys.
Like this:
press ' press e => you get � as a result.
This is very practical for European languages like German, Dutch,
French, Spanisch, ....
Trouble is ... this keyboard does not fit on my main PC... different
connectors and maybe different codes [:-(
