According to information on their web-site, http://www.dialfree.net, you have
to provide them with your credit card number when you sign up. Also when you
sign up you will agree to let them charge your credit card if you fail to
repond to the survey form. I don't think they would terminate a user who
fails to respond to a survey form. They would probably be most happy to get
his money instead.
