Uummmmm, here we go again: RTFM (or in this case, RTFB (the .bat file))

loadlin zimage root=/dev/ram rw initrd=baslinux.gz

As we see here, it unpacks everything to a ramdrive.
(just a few seconds after running boot.bat.... the HDD is never touched
again until we type "reboot")
And yes, with this little creation it *is* perfectly safe to just
kill power. (since everything is on a ramdrive... you can't damage the
file system) :-)
