Gil,
I just went to AltaVista (with Arachne 1.48) and had no trouble viewing it.
However, there *was* a large blank spot below the "Celebrity Sites" and I had
to cursor down (Shift-PgDown) to get to more stuff.
I looked at the source code and (thankfully) I didn't find any javas**t, but
did find some cascading style sheets which might account for the blank spot
that I saw.
