Not as easy to remember as "altavista.com", but might be worth programming
one of those F-keys for. Since the primary unit I'm using this with has a
slow modem, anything that cuts out UNNECESSARY pictures has got to speed
things along. (I've given up on skipping all in-line images as a general
rule; too much important information these days seems to have been taken
away from text and put in images.)

Yahoo works fine; I really hadn't checked others, but nice to know they work
too. I just usually use Altavista, and assumed it was so common that
someone else had to have encountered the problem and could tell me the
solution.
