Ok. I went to the Lineo site and found this:

www.lineo.com/cgi-bin/drdos/faq

"How Can I Get a Copy of DR-DOS" (updated 10-22-2000)

"DR-DOS is no longer available in a single copy license. Fifty
or more copies may be purchased from [EMAIL PROTECTED]

The source code is available for purchase.

Copies for non-commercial use may be downloaded from
www.drdos.org."

drdos.org has the link that sends you back to the lineo ftp site.

Lineo is no longer developing DR-DOS as they think Linux is a better
solution for thin clients and embeded systems. But, as I noted previously,
they are still making it available for non-commercial use and if someone
develops a commercial use for it they will be happy to sell bulk
licenses and source code.

And who knows what the future holds? Lineo appears to view DR-DOS as a
possible source of revenue and the DR-DOS copyrights as an asset they
wish to maintain.

Additonally, Caldera.com still has a book and CD available for
purchase for 29.95 which includes the complete manual and DR-DOS 7.02.
