Yes, this has been a knwn problem for some time now. I remember discussion
about this on the list more than two years ago. I rarely had the
problem then, but now I get it frequently.
Doesn't seem to be a known cause, though--just this recurring and
intermittent problem.
I don't think It was ever figured out. It doesn't happen all the time.
