 I'll bet you dollars to donuts that you have a "path" problem.

With "Cache2Temp Yes" you will need 3 items as absolute requirements.
(with "Cache2Temp No" only #3 is required)

1) you must have "set temp=directory_name" in autoexec.bat or by some
   other method before starting Arachne.
   (a.bat can do it instead of autoexec.bat if you so choose)

2) the temp directory must exist

3) your named cache dir must exist

Here's the result of "Cache2Temp Yes" after removing my cache directory
and temp dir.
