Yes, no problem wiewing .MES or .CNM files offline, except for once in
a blue moon when my index scheme becomes farkled. (See my recent reply
to Ron Clarke on what to do about this.)
I have used Arachne versions 1.20, 1.41, 1.60(?), and 1.66, and have not
had this problem before.
