Flip,
When miniterm dials, connects, runs the login and then goes to the
packet driver..... do you see a message telling you what "vector" the
packet driver has taken?
It's possible that in your particular setup it's not being installed at
vector 0x60
(0x60 might already be in use by something else in W95)
