Ok, so far I haven't been able to see much of a pattern in the mails I've
got (perhaps because they are only four).
Daniel Pruitt noted that he had problems before he increased his
environment size so if someone with problems (that's mean you L.D <g>)
would raise theirs and see what happens I would be interested in hearing
the results. Of course if you already have some 2K or something like that
in environment space using more will probably not help you.
Out of the four responses people have problems with (all of them naturally,
but Daniel managed to remove his by changing the environment size as
mentioned above). Where was I? Ahh... the three people that are left are
using:
* PC-Cache
* NWCache (DR-DOS 7.02)
* Norton NCache
So I think we (that means you Clarence) can stop complaining about
Microsoft/IBMs SmartDrv (I would encourage complaining about ScanDisk on
the other hand if anyone would join me <BG>). Anyway, does anyone run any
of the above and *don't* have problems?
