I think I mentioned that the caching programs don't seem particularly smart.
Yes, I agree those files should all be in there now. And the cache should
have the complete FAT, so it would know if anything in the readahead range
was useful. We can apply logic to what SHOULD be happening, but we can only
apply experiment to what IS happening if the software isn't Vulcan. >:(
