Hi there, well she's using the built-in program that came with Arachne,
so I don't think that your idea is feasible, I'm going to get her to do two
things for me though:

1.  Reply to a message of mine while she's online and Save to Outbox and
then send it and

2.  When she's offline press F2 instead of clicking the button and save it
and then send it and then also try one last time of clicking the button and
sending it to me and see if it's fine or not.

    Thanks for your help and sorry about the HTML attachments before, I
assume that you guys are either using Arachne mail or another program that
does not support HTML.
