Do you mean that ONE of the 80/90 files gives a problem or ALL of them do ?
Where do you see the error message ?
I ask this because it sounds like a DOS message.
It is possible that your Arachne.cfg has been corrupted, but I can't imagine
exactly what change would produce that DOS error message. I only say this is
possible because it happens frequently.
Or maybe the error is in MIME.cfg. This contains a series of one line command
strings that are fed to DOS by Arachne.
I'm just guessing here without checking, but it seems possible that commands
like copy, rename, delete, find etc. could produce that message under some
conditions.
Taking care not to lose your current .CFGs, copy over those two config files
from another version.
