Go to Arachne Desktop, select "Options" then "<<TCP/IP Setup" (in the lower
part of the page) then "Internal PPP support". Fill in the " PAP/CHAP
username" and "PAP/CHAP password" with your account's username and
password. Review your IP, DNS and modem settings. Most important: Clear
(uncheck) the "Show terminal window" box and the "Login script - try
following dialogue" one. The terminal window should not show up any more.
Go to the bottom of the page, laugh at Bill Gates and save your
configuration. This should solve your problem.
