 Yep.... that was the "run-away D/L" bug.

For such pages, we can get them by using the "Cntrl+enter" feature.
(this will D/L the page without attempting to display it)

This also points-out another problem in v1.70;r3
After using Cntrl+enter, all of the links on the page are "dead".
We must leave the page and come back to it in order to bring
the links "back-to-life". :((

After doing that, we can then take the same link again and the
page will be displayed.
