Where do you find the setup option for "safe" parallel downloads
of images?  I looked for this option and I could not find it.

The above URL was fetched, rendered and displayed perfectly
normally for me.  Received no message "Waiting for parallel image
download to finish..."  I have received such messages on other
URLs, but I don't remember if any numbers follow the message.
