The trick is to access the simtel archives using an ftp URL, since
the http version gives you the horrible new design. Use:
ftp://ftp.cdrom.com/pub/simtelnet
for the cdrom mirror of simtel. You can then navigate to the appropriate
directory and download a file with ftp. However, as I recall, the latest
arachne has some problems with ftp? We then use the telnet that
comes with it and download the file with its ftp.
There are probably other ftp URLs for other of the simtel sites.
