There are a few things that differ. Emacs has games, SetEdit has a mp3
player (in DOS, no need in Linux)
SetEdit also comes with a math co-pro emulator in case it's needed, I have
no idea how much that does to affect size (perhaps 100K?), but I guess
Clarence wanted something more like 130Kb ;-)
