Phew, the Boxer editor has a good bag of tricks.

HTML tags; global search&replace for when you need to change
_all_ those URLs; multi-pane view and compare; wordprocessing
features like fully-justified text. There's a German version, too.    

The 30-day trial, $50 version has a file-size limit of about 200kB.
Splash out $90 and you can shoot for the moon with the extended
DOS version. Versions for Win9x+ and OS/2, too.
