No, it doesn't happen while the page is downloading or if it is static, it's
just when it COMPLETES - after the "mixing colors" and "virtual screen"
message. 
I thought it was due to Arachne going around the loop thru Arachne.bat again.

It's not a serious problem - it just inserts about a one second delay on my
hardware (200Mhz now). It would be more objectionable on slower hardware.
