I use "PDF2HTM".

PDF2HTM was created by:  You guessed it....... Joerg.

It is his second version.
Version #1 created much higher resolution BMPs
IIRC, 120DPI

Version #2 was stepped-down to 72DPI to make it faster and so that the
resulting BMPs would be smaller.
