On my R1000 there is a voltage selector at the back to adjaust it to
your mains votage... suppose the R5000 has a selector too.

Try some local place, maybe a 'hamfest' or an ad in QST or CQ magazine.
There is a hamfest calendar in QST... I have no recent copy here.
