Not really.  Aromatherapy list has produced about 300 messages in the last 10
days.  Last message I got from the OS/2 Warp list was 6 months ago.

I think Pine (DOS) supports IMAP but not POP3?  Most people would not be able to
get that to work on a mail server that only supports POP3 and SMTP.  Further, I
think Pine (DOS) uses only the lower 640 KB RAM.

100 a day?  I think some of the FreeBSD emailing lists are very busy, I never
subscribed for fear of being swamped.

I don't think Arachne/Insight is efficient at dealing with big volumes, don't
think having lots of little files is efficient either: very inefficient on large
DOS partitions.
