Here's a little test for you to try.

Connect to your ISP, fire-up Arachne, sit-back-and-do-nothing.

You might need to wait for 10min, 15min, 20min or more.
It varies from one ISP to another.
(in my case, with CisNet.... 15min)

What happened???
